OVERVIEW:
The Victoria Congress will bring together Traditional Anglican Church leaders from different parts of the world, working towards the renewal of The Spirit of St. Louis, encouraging greater solidarity and unity among us, celebrating our Anglican tradition and heritage.
The Congress will be hosted by St. Mark's Traditional Anglican Church in beautiful historic St. Ann’s Chapel.
Archbishops Mark Haverland, Primate of ACC-OP, and James Provence, Primate of APCK, will celebrate High Mass and speak during the Congress. Bishops Robert Redmile and Peter Robinson will also participate. Traditional Anglicans from a wide spectrum of jurisdictions will take part and discuss The Affirmation of St. Louis.
The aim of the Congress with the help of the Holy Spirit is to initiate the next step in the Reaffirmation: Celebrating Our Anglican Heritage.

Wednesday June 1:
- 01:00–05:00 pm: Registration in St. Ann’s Chapel on Humboldt Street (Parking on campus...parking passes will be issued)
- 05:30 pm: First Evensong of Ascension - Address by Bishop Robert Redmile (Catholic Faith and Anglican Doctrine)
- 07:00 pm: Opening Dinner of the Congress at Marriott Inner Harbour Hotel ballroom...Keynote Address by Allan Singleton-Wood
Thursday June 2:
- 09:00 am: Morning Prayer
- 10:15 am: Address by Bishop Peter Robinson (Apostolic Authority and Anglican Orders)
- 11:15 am: Discussion Groups
- 12:00 pm: Holy Eucharist - Mass of the Ascension (Celebrant: Archbishop James Provence, Preacher: Archbishop Mark Haverland)
- 01:00 pm: Lunch in the Garden or Gazebo...Followed by free afternoon time
- 05:00 pm: Solemn Evensong of the Ascension
- 06:00 pm: Banquet at the Palm Court of the Empress Hotel...Featuring: Newcombe Singers (Gilbert & Sullivan operetta music and Shakespearean sonnets by George Shearing)
Friday June 3:
- 09:00 am: Morning Prayer
- 09:45 am: Address by Reverend Canon Kenneth Gunn-Walberg (The Beauty of Holiness: Anglican Worship and Sacramental Theology)
- 10:30 am: Discussion Groups
- 12:00 pm: Holy Eucharist - Votive Mass for the Church (Celebrant: Archbishop Mark Haverland, Preacher: Archbishop James Provence)
- 02:00–4:00 pm: Fellowship of Concerned Churchmen Session (The FCC sponsored the St. Louis Church Congress in September 1977, where The Affirmation of St. Louis was adopted. This document spells out the fundamental principles and doctrine of orthodox Anglicanism. Today's meeting will allow you to gain a better understanding of current happenings in the Continuum in North America, and to meet several of the current Board Members of the Fellowship.)
- 04:00 pm: Evening Prayer

Saturday June 4:
- 09:00 am: Morning Prayer
- 09:30 am: The Next Step - Discussion of the future of Traditional Anglicanism
- 12:00 pm: Holy Eucharist - In Remembrance of Anglican Saints (Celebrant: Bishop Peter Robinson)
